The problem is, most remodel contractors won’t respond to anything smaller than a major project, leaving you unsure how to get started.

At GMA Handyman, we specialize in small to medium remodels for basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and decks. Our dedicated team is passionate about bringing your vision to life with enthusiasm and care, helping you create a home you truly enjoy.
THE PROCESS
- Submit Your Plans: Share your remodel plans with us via our inquiry form.
- Inquiry Review: We’ll review your inquiry, and if it aligns with our services, we’ll schedule a walkthrough.
- Walkthrough Fee. Walkthroughs are $75, which will be credited towards you final invoice when you hire us.
- Estimate Provided: Post walkthrough, Lance will send you an estimate for the job.
- Schedule & Retainer: Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll pay a 20% retainer, and you will be added to our schedule.
- Transformation: Our techs will transform your room into the space you’ve love living in.
THINGS TO NOTE
- Booking Schedule: We are currently booking approximately 6-8 weeks our from retainer payment for all remodeling jobs.
- Material Costs: Due to market volatility, we cannot guarantee material cost estimates as prices may fluctuate due to inflation’s impact on construction materials.
- Purchasing Materials: You can purchase your own materials for us to install. Please communicate with Lance about your plan.
- Payment Methods. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Checks, or ACH Transfer.. Credit card payment can be arranged with a 3% service fee added to the invoice.
